MAPISHI YA LASAGNA

VIPIMO Pasta ya Lasagna ya tayari - 1 paketi  500 – 600 gms Nyama ya kusaga - 1 Lb (½kilo) Kitunguu kilichokatwakatwa (chopped) - 1 Nyanya  zilizokatwakatwa (chopped) - 3 Nyanya kopo (paste) - Vijiko vya chai 2 Kitunguu saumu(thomu/galic) iliyosagwa - Kijiko cha supu 1 Nanaa iliyokatwakatwa (chopped) - Msongo (bunch) 1 Oregano -  Kijiko cha chai ½ Zaatari (thyme) - Kijiko cha chai 1 Basil (majani ya mrehani) - Kijiko ½ Parsley - Msongo (bunch) 1 Pilipili manga ya unga - Kijiko cha chai 1 Mdalasini wa unga - Kijiko cha chai 1 Chumvi - kiasi

Pasta ya Lasagna ya tayari - 1 paketi  500 – 600 gms
Nyama ya kusaga - 1 Lb (½kilo)
Kitunguu kilichokatwakatwa (chopped) - 1
Nyanya  zilizokatwakatwa (chopped) - 3
Nyanya kopo (paste) - Vijiko vya chai 2
Kitunguu saumu(thomu/galic) iliyosagwa - Kijiko cha supu 1
Nanaa iliyokatwakatwa (chopped) - Msongo (bunch) 1
Oregano -  Kijiko cha chai ½
Zaatari (thyme) - Kijiko cha chai 1
Basil (majani ya mrehani) - Kijiko ½
Parsley - Msongo (bunch) 1
Pilipili manga ya unga - Kijiko cha chai 1
Mdalasini wa unga - Kijiko cha chai 1
Chumvi - kiasi
Mafuta ya zaytuni (olive oil) - Kikombe ¼
Jibini ya mazorella iliyochunwa (grated) - 500 gms

NAMNA YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA

1.  Weka mafuta katika kisufuria, kisha kakaanga kitunguu hadi kigeuke rangi kidogo.

2.  Tia thomu endelea kukaanga, kisha tia nyama, pilipili manga, mdalasini, chumvi  na endelea tena kukaanga hadi karibu na kuwiva.

3.  Tia nyanya, nyanya kopo na viungo vyote vilobakia,  endelea kukaanga kidogo kisha epua sufuria weka kando, sosi ikiwa tayari.

4.  Chemsha lasagna katika maji ya moto kama ilivyo maelezo katika paketi. Chuja kwa kumwaga maji.

5.  Panga miraba ya lasagna na sosi katika treya ya kupikia ndani ya oven (oven proof). Weka kwanza miraba ya lasagna kiasi ifunike sehemu ya chini ya treya.

6.  Tia nusu ya sosi utandaze vizuri kote.

7.  Mwagia jibini kiasi utandaze vizuri.

8.  Panga tena juu yake miraba ya lasagna, urudie tena kama mwanzo kuweka sosi iliyobakia, kisha jibini.

9.  Mwisho weka tena miraba ya lasagna na jibini pekee kisha ipike lasagna katika oveni (Bake) kwa moto wa kiasi cha 350-400° C kwa muda wa nusu saa. Epua ikiwa tayari.
